The torch down system is a premium, fire-retardant modified bitumen membrane manufactured to stringent specifications. Its core is a strong, heavyweight, resilient non-woven polyester mat that is coated with inherently fire-retardant APP polymer modified asphalt and surfaced with mineral granules. This system is designed for residential or commercial flat roofs where long-term system performance is specified.
